Sleep Problems

It may be easy to over look the importance of sleep. When you are busy and have deadlines, it can quickly get on the back burner. However, as we have all heard, not getting enough sleep has terrible affects both mentally and physically. I know that, yet I still regard sleep as something that is frivolous, and if I could I simply wouldn’t sleep at all. Some people have tried the system where you sleep five or so times a day for twenty minutes at time, but for people with a normal job, you cannot just take a nap during the workday. The moral is that we are all limited by the amount of sleep we need, and it is important to get as much as you can.
