College Housing Locations

The three L’s of real estate are location, location, and location. Land is only valuable if it is located in an excellent location. This applies to college housing as well. If you aren’t close to campus, you will be less involved in your school and you will spend more money and time on transportation. However, some college houses are so beat up, that personally I would rather move a little farther a way to be in a nicer place. For example, I recently moved out of a house right by campus, which was nice, but it had an epidemic of spiders and mice, so I moved to a much nicer house although it is farther away. There is a fine line between being close to campus and living comfortably.
